9winbox Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Introduction & Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you as a user and 9winbox as the operator of an online entertainment platform. This document applies to all users who register, access, or use any part of the 9winbox platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services.

9winbox operates as an online entertainment platform offering a range of game categories including video slots, live casino, fish shooting games, sports betting, and table games. All services are provided to eligible users subject to the terms set out in this document.

Should there be any conflict between a translated version of this document and the original Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use 9winbox's services.

2 User Eligibility & Registration Process

To register and use 9winbox services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• A Malaysian citizen or legal resident in Malaysia
• Not listed on any betting prohibition list or self-exclusion program
• Never previously banned from using the 9winbox platform
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any other party

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. 9winbox reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining funds.

3 Account Security & User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials, including your username and password. 9winbox recommends that you:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Not share your password with anyone, including family members
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared or public devices
• Report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately

9winbox shall not be liable for any financial loss or data loss resulting from a user's own negligence in maintaining their account security. However, we will fully cooperate with users in investigating any reports of unauthorized access submitted within a reasonable timeframe.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

9winbox accepts deposits via a range of secure payment methods including online bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and other payment methods displayed on our platform's Deposit page.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods
• All deposits must be made from an account or payment method registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party sources are not accepted and will be returned
• 9winbox reserves the right to restrict or decline deposits that appear suspicious

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 for most methods
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name
• Valid withdrawal requests are processed in under 5 minutes
• 9winbox reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits

If there are outstanding wagering requirements (rollover), withdrawals will be held until those requirements are met. The applicable wagering requirements will be clearly displayed in your account.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

9winbox offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each type of bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from a bonus balance can be made
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users or directly exchanged for cash
• 9winbox reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or fraud
• Bonuses are only valid for the specified period and will expire automatically once the period ends
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited

9winbox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus claims made before an amendment takes effect will be processed under the original terms of that promotion.

6 General Game Rules

All games offered at 9winbox use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent bodies, ensuring every game outcome is entirely random and fair. The following general rules apply to all games:

• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, 9winbox will endeavour to restore the game session to its last valid state
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are clearly displayed in the game interface
• The use of automated software (bots), third-party tools, or any method that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited
• 9winbox reserves the right to void bets or games played during a confirmed technical outage

For Live Casino, all dealer decisions are final and based on stored video recordings. Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the game session ending.

7 Prohibited Activities & Enforcement Actions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9winbox platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Registering more than one account for yourself or on behalf of others
• Using another person's personal information during registration or identity verification
• Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes
• The use of bot software, automated scripts, or any tool to gain an advantage in games
• Exploiting system bugs or technical errors for unauthorised gain
• Bonus abuse through wagering methods that undermine the integrity of the promotions programme
• Any activity that can be linked to money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward staff or other players

9winbox reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited activities. During an investigation, the account in question may be temporarily suspended. If the investigation confirms a violation, 9winbox reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the account balance, and report the case to the relevant authorities.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Your account may be closed or suspended in the following situations:

• At your own request: You may close your account at any time via live chat or support email
• Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are subject to an administrative fee or closure
• Terms violation: Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in immediate account closure
• Self-exclusion: Players who have applied for self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming programme

Once an account is closed at the user's request with no outstanding wagering requirements, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the player within 3 business days. For closures due to a terms violation, 9winbox reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending investigation.

9winbox's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

12 Terms Amendment & Legal Jurisdiction

9winbox reserves the right to revise, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. The update date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.
